About: Golden Corral is seeking a Kitchen Staff/Pastry Cook to join their team. As a Baker at Golden Corral, you will be responsible for preparing hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items. Additionally, you will prepare breakfast bakery items, follow the buffet production system for quality and shelf life compliance, maintain freshness and visual appeal of products, and adhere to Golden Corral recipes and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a baker or pastry cook preferred; knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients; ability to follow recipes and production guidelines accurately; attention to detail and ability to maintain quality in a high-volume bakery setting
