Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking, whether a beginner or experienced; ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals; comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment; commitment to food safety practices; reliable transportation for traveling to different locations; minimum age of 18; capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. and performing physical tasks
