Position: Baker job
About: Hy-Vee, a well-known grocery store chain located at E 23rd St S, is currently seeking a Kitchen Staff/Pastry Cook to join their team. As a Baker at Hy-Vee, the ideal candidate will check orders for the day, set up a timeline and production schedule, prepare make-up, bake, and fry all department products, review product status and appearance for freshness, and invoice and put away product as instructed by the department manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bakery or kitchen setting preferred
