Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent; have 1-2 years of bakery experience or a relevant combination of education and experience; demonstrate dependability, flexibility for varying work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; exhibit outgoing and friendly behavior with excellent communication skills; capable of performing physical tasks like operating equipment, lifting weights, and standing for extended periods; adhere to safety, health, and regulatory guidelines including obtaining a Food Handlers permit.
