Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking and experience in producing breads, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and decorating cakes; ability to work with baking equipment and maintain quality, freshness, and safety standards; excellent customer service and communication skills; willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
