Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for baking breads, cookies, pastries, fancy desserts, and decorating cakes; experience with baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers; ability to maintain quality, freshness, and safety standards; strong customer service skills and pride in work; willingness to learn and be part of the community
