Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in baking, pastry production, and dessert preparation preferred; ability to work varied hours including weekends; strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure; able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds; knowledge of food safety standards and procedures; team player with a positive attitude
