Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; Formal Culinary/Pastry education preferred; 1 year bakery experience preferred, 6 months in a similar capacity required; Clear communication skills and working knowledge of predominant languages; Sense of urgency, ability to work efficiently under pressure; Multitasking capability and endurance in high-temperature environments; Ability to stand for up to eight hours
