About: Panera Bread is currently seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Baker to join their team at the Panera Cafe in Charlotte, NC – Waverly Center. As a vital part of the cafe, the Baker plays a key role in preparing the delicious pastries and fresh bread that Panera is renowned for, embodying the heart and soul of the establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; passion for baking with 4 weeks of training provided; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational and time-management skills; commitment to food and health safety practices; minimum age of 18 years; alignment with Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors
