Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 5-7 years of experience with yeast doughs and variety of cake batters; valid Food Handler’s Certificate; prior experience in coaching and developing others; ability to think critically, adapt, and collaborate; operate with a high level of emotional intelligence and initiative; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 10lbs regularly, up to 25lbs frequently, and up to 50lbs occasionally
