Position: Baker III – On Call
About: This job position is within a hotel/resort setting focusing on pastry production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting pastry items following specific guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role requires effective communication with management and the ability to work in a team environment to ensure all orders are fulfilled properly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year of baking experience; must obtain a Southern Nevada Health District Food Handlers Card; ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays
