Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Minimum 5 – 7 years’ work experience with yeast doughs and a variety of cake batters; Valid Food Handler’s Certificate; Prior experience coaching and developing others; Ability to think critically, adapt, and collaborate; Operation with a high level of emotional intelligence and initiative; Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; Ability to lift up to 10lbs regularly, up to 25lbs frequently, and up to 50lbs occasionally
