Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum 5-7 years’ work experience with yeast doughs and various cake batters; valid Food Handler’s Certificate; prior experience in coaching and development; ability to think critically, adapt, and collaborate; operate with high emotional intelligence and initiative; ability to stand, walk for extended periods, lift up to 10lbs regularly, up to 25lbs frequently, and up to 50lbs occasionally
