Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum 3-5 years of experience with yeast doughs and cake batters; familiarity with bakery production timelines preferred; basic English proficiency; logical reasoning skills; ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; adept at multitasking and working under time constraints; capable of lifting up to 50lbs occasionally
