Position: Baker II

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years previous experience as a Baker/Lead Baker; minimum one-year high volume cooking experience, preferably in a hotel; knowledge of kitchen equipment associated with a Pastry kitchen and knife skills; ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts including weekends; familiarity with SNHD guidelines and sanitation procedures; current Health card and working knowledge of Health District regulations; attention to detail; minimum age requirement is 18.
