Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of experience as a Baker/Lead Baker; minimum one-year high volume cooking experience, preferably in a hotel; familiarity with SNHD guidelines and sanitation procedures; current Health card and knowledge of Health District regulations; attention to detail; good memory and recipe recall ability; knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife skills; flexibility to work varied hours, days, and shifts, including weekends
