Requirements: Prior experience in a from-scratch high-volume bakery strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent; minimum legal age to work; ability to follow recipes and production specifications; knowledge of proper food preparation and equipment use; maintain sanitation standards; handle food safely; resolve customer complaints effectively; adhere to safety standards; complete assigned tasks efficiently; strong communication skills
