Position: BAKER (FULL TIME)
About: Bon Appetit Management Company operates more than 1,000 cafés around the country for corporations, universities, and museums, adhering to socially and environmentally responsible sourcing practices. They cook everything from scratch using fresh, local ingredients.
Requirements: Prior experience in a from-scratch high-volume bakery strongly preferred; minimum age requirement for the position; ability to prepare baked goods according to recipes and production standards; maintain sanitation and orderliness of work area; handle food items with safety regulations in mind; resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner; follow principles of sanitation and safety; complete shift work efficiently.
