Requirements: High school diploma or GED; proven experience as a baker or pastry chef in a professional kitchen or bakery; flexibility to work around catering; effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with customers; ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt to changes as needed; excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines; independence in the kitchen and strong time management; ability to stay calm in a busy, fast-paced environment; ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card; successful completion of a criminal background check; ability to provide work authorization documents
