About: CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center – Bergan Mercy is a patient-centered level I trauma center and academic medical center offering a full range of medical services including trauma services, heart and vascular care, emergency services, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging.
Requirements: Serv-Safe Certification within 24 months; Good cooking skills with restaurant or institutional background; Ability to read and write; Ability to calculate amounts of ingredients when adjusting recipes; Ability to interpret written and oral instructions; Complete Food Services Sanitation class or inservice. Preferred: 5 years of progressive food service experience or Culinary Arts Degree from a recognized culinary school with three years of experience.
