Requirements: Serv-Safe Certification within 24 months; good cooking skills with a restaurant or institutional background; ability to read and write; ability to calculate amounts of ingredients when adjusting recipes and interpret written instructions and follow through with oral instructions; complete Food Services Sanitation class or inservice.
