Position: Baker – Durango
About: Durango, a brand stemming from Frank Fertitta, Jr.’s inclusive spirit, forward-looking vision, and dedication to excellence, exists to provide locals with a welcoming and home-like destination. They are currently seeking a Baker to join their team and contribute to offering best-in-class hospitality and amenities for all guests at Durango.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; six months of in-house training as a Baker’s Helper or one year of outside training in related fields; working knowledge and basic understanding of all operations in the bakeshop, mixing techniques, and baking processes; ability to obtain all necessary works cards
