Requirements: Proven experience as a Baker in a restaurant, bakery, or similar setting; knowledge of baking techniques, methods, and a variety of baked goods; ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality; familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards; strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed; excellent attention to detail and creativity in product presentation
