Position: Baker/Bread
About: Wolfgang Puck Group is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join their team. The role involves preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, rolls, muffins, cookies, and pastries, while maintaining high quality and standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree preferred; Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; Minimum 1 year of fine dining food service experience; Knowledge of specialty bread including proofing and use of starters; Previous Bread production cook experience preferred; Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control; Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards; Ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, rolls, and/or other baked goods; Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports; Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods; Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials; Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards
