Position: Baker – BOH
About: Sprinkles at The Grove, located at 189 The Grove Drive in Los Angeles, CA 90036, is seeking a dedicated Baker to join their team. This role involves baking cupcakes, cookies, and brownies, ensuring proper product rotation, and maintaining a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: At least 1 year of previous baking experience or professional baking certification; passion for the Sprinkles product and brand; ability to work early morning shifts starting between 12am, 2am, or 3am; capacity to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions; physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended hours, and remain stationary for periods of time
