Requirements: 2-3 years demonstrated experience in high-volume baking; Ability to read, understand, and speak English; Skill in effective communication in a high-volume production setting; Ability to perform under fluctuating workload conditions; Physical abilities to stand, lift, and crouch as required; Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures in food establishments; Experience in basic bakery preparation and food safety rules; Time management and organizational skills; Ability to interact in a team-based environment; High School Diploma preferred
