Position: BAKER Assistant
About: We are a bakery seeking a Baker Assistant to join our team for the AM shift. As a Baker Assistant, you will be responsible for measuring and combining ingredients, using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods such as cookies, bread, and cakes. Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality controls is also part of the role.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a baking department; knowledge of food safety and quality controls; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent time management skills; strong attention to detail
