Requirements: Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division); Ability to write notes, instructions, orders, invoices, and cake descriptions; 1 year experience in Mexican bakery preparation; Basic knowledge of Mexican bread varieties and styles; Basic reading and writing skills in English and Spanish; Conversational Spanish; High school diploma or GED preferred
