Position: Baker and Packager Associate
About: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates at a retail bakery prepare fresh baked items daily for customers through recipe adherence, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness. This role involves multitasking, assisting customers with orders, and being part of a team environment focused on customer satisfaction and high-quality baked goods.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to stand for extended periods while providing quick and accurate customer assistance; problem-solving skills to address obstacles efficiently in a fast-paced environment; commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace; strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
