Position: Baker and Packager Associate
About: Our Bakery/Packager associates at Sam’s Club prepare fresh baked items daily for members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. The team strives to ensure member satisfaction and a clean, organized bakery area to meet the needs of the business and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a large team to achieve the goal of happy, satisfied members.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; successful completion of job required trainings and assessments; ability to stand for long periods and assist members quickly; problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-paced setting; commitment to operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures
