Position: Baker and Packager Associate
About: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? The Bakery/Packager associates at Walmart prepare fresh baked items daily for members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items available for families. This position involves multitasking and assisting members with their bakery orders in a fast-paced environment. Join a large team with a common goal of ensuring happy, satisfied members.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period; ability to stand for long periods while providing quick and accurate assistance to members; problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles and ensure tasks are completed excellently; commitment to maintaining a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service, and keeping the work area clean and member-ready
