Position: Baker and Packager Associate
About: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates at Sam’s Club prepare fresh baked items daily for members by following recipes and handling wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness for members. The team ensures customer satisfaction and maintains a neat and member-ready area. The role involves multitasking, problem-solving, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and maintaining operational excellence are key values of the bakery team at Sam’s Club.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to stand for long periods and assist members quickly and accurately; strong problem-solving skills; commitment to customer satisfaction; prior experience in a similar role preferred
