Position: Baker and Packager Associate
About: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates at Sam’s Club prepare fresh baked items daily for members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for families. The bakery team handles multiple tasks under time pressure while assisting members with their bakery orders, all contributing to the goal of ensuring member satisfaction.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; adept at multitasking; prioritizes member satisfaction; capable of standing for extended periods while providing prompt and accurate assistance to members; proficient problem solver who maintains excellence in task completion; exceptional customer service skills; committed to maintaining a clean and neat work area; complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
