Position: Baker and Packager Associate
About: Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members by following recipes and ensuring freshness. The team works in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing member satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized bakery area. This role involves multitasking, problem-solving, and collaborating with a large team to meet common goals of excellence in customer service and product quality.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; ability to stand for long periods and assist members quickly and accurately; strong problem-solving skills; commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area; willingness to complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
