Position: Baker and Packager Associate
About: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates at Sam’s Club prepare fresh baked items daily for members through following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available. The bakery team juggles multiple tasks in a short amount of time while assisting members with their bakery orders, contributing to a common goal of happy, satisfied members. The role involves maintaining a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and member-ready area. The position requires operational excellence and commitment to quality standards for bakery items, as well as advocating for the department and modeling high-quality service and products.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; strong multi-tasking skills; prioritizes member satisfaction; capable of standing for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately; problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles and complete tasks with excellence
