Position: Baker and Packager Associate
About: Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? This position at our Bakery in Hoover, AL involves preparing fresh baked items daily for our members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items available. The bakery team juggles several tasks in a short amount of time while assisting members with their bakery orders, contributing to a common goal of happy, satisfied members.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period; Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately; Strong problem-solving skills; High level of organization and attention to detail
