Position: Baker – 4:30am-1:00pm

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience or a combination of culinary school and 1yr baking experience; plan, implement, and manage daily operations; prepare menus; prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pastries, and bread; decorate pastries using different icings and toppings; monitor supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations; maintain a clean cooking station; adhere to health and safety standards; applicable knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (e.g., gluten-free, sugarless); excellent organizational and time management skills; great attention to detail and creativity; friendly attitude and strong team player
