Position: Bag Cook
About: Kraft Heinz – Cedar Rapids is looking for a Bag Cook for the 2nd Shift position. The plant operates with 3 shifts and has approximately 200 hourly staff members working in a non-union facility. The company produces frozen soups and macaroni & cheese among other products.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; detail-oriented and good organizational skills; ability to lift at least 50 lbs. above your head; perform well under stress; work in hot and cold temperatures; effective communication skills; work independently and with others; follow food safety policies and procedures; accountable for actions; willingness to cooperate as a team and perform at the highest level of competence
