Position: Backstage Experience Coordinator- The Dome

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred; 1+ years of backstage/production/hospitality experience; 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role; 1-2 years of leadership experience; strong organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking ability; passion for hospitality; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and within a team; ability to take direction and feedback; physical ability to perform tasks like walking, climbing stairs, lifting; positive outlook and strong communication skills; public speaking or meeting facilitation skills a plus
