Position: Back Server
About: The WolfgangPuck Group, a prominent dining establishment, is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Back Server to provide exceptional service to guests. The Back Server will work closely with front servers to ensure prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items, contributing to a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage back server experience; Excellent knowledge of dining room and service procedures; Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods; Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Reliable and able to work well under pressure in a team environment; Effective communication skills with guests and coworkers; Service-oriented with a positive attitude
