Position: Back of House Staff
About: The kitchen staff at Cajun Vets LLC works on the front lines of the restaurant, interacting with managers, waitstaff, bartenders, and customers. They work part-time or full-time, days, nights, weekends, and sometimes early mornings to prep food. As part of a larger food preparation and delivery team, the kitchen staff operates in a fast-paced and demanding environment, contributing to the preparation of delicious meals. The starting position for a kitchen staffer is based on their level of experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow food health and safety guidelines; excellent communication and customer service skills; physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with kitchen equipment effectively; team player willing to take direction and assist colleagues
