Position: Back Area Service Bartender
About: The Imperial Fez is hiring a Bartender to craft beverages according to their unique recipes. The role involves setting up and stocking the bar area, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness at all times.
Requirements: Training available; Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time; Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Basic math skills; Ability to work effectively within a team; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs / 100 lbs. as needed; Continuous use of hands and arms; Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting; Capability of maintaining good communication with team members; Ability to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. High school diploma or GED preferred, plus recent experience as a bartender in a recognized establishment; Must be 19 years of age; No felony, theft, or stealing convictions.
