Position: B2B Persona Marketing Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or college with a strong preference for a Marketing, Business and Technology focus; Strong interest and passion for being a ‘learn it all’ marketing professional across the B2B enterprise technology marketplace; Deep understanding of persona creation and the ability to translate persona insights into actionable marketing strategies; Proven experience in building compelling campaigns that drive event attendee growth year of year; Proven experience in creating high-quality content tailored to different buyer personas across various formats; Expertise in managing marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and paid advertising; Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with sales teams and ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives; Capability to interpret marketing data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions; Deep experience with key marketing tools including SFDC Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platform, Email Marketing solutions, Website Content Marketing with a preference for WordPress, HTML, SEO, Social Media platforms, Content Publishing including video creation and Digital Design tools
Benefits: competitive base salary of between $85,000 and $100,000 per year, annual bonus plan of up to 15%, unlimited paid vacation, 401K with company match, life insurance, full healthcare and dental benefits coverage
