Position: Aviation Lounges General Manager
About: Sodexo Live’s Airport Lounge Segment is seeking a General Manager for their premium client, British Airways Lounge at Newark International Airport in Newark, NJ. The lounge provides dedicated space for elite passengers to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy food and beverages. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, energetic, and focused on enhancing the guest experience in a hands-on management role.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 5 years of management experience; 5 years of functional experience; strong leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively in a union environment; experience in elevated dining concepts, premium suites/arenas services, or high-volume catering preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities; working knowledge of food inventory and financial management
