Position: AV Support Technician – Executive Meetings & Events
About: GEICO is looking for a highly skilled and professional AV Support Technician to provide technical support for executive-level meetings and high-profile events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of audio-visual equipment, managing event setups, and providing on-site troubleshooting during live events. This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week in Chevy Chase, MD, with up to 75% travel.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in AV support, ideally in a corporate or executive-level environment; proven experience with audio-visual systems, video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx), and event technologies; strong understanding of AV equipment, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, video cameras, and display technologies; proficiency with troubleshooting and problem-solving AV and IT-related issues under pressure
