Position: AV Events Coordinator
About: The AV Events Team at Milestone Technologies, Inc. provides full lifecycle event support for colleagues who wish to conduct large scale corporate events. The team assists with AV technical pre-production, equipment recommendations, and live event technical execution. The AV Events Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact with stakeholders, gathering details for event assignments and coverage on and offsite.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience with Corporate IT Ticketing and Routing software systems and workflows; operational support experience for AV teams including scheduling and asset/resource management; background in audio/video production in a corporate, live event, or broadcasting environment; familiarity with AV setups, vendor partnerships, and integration; strong communication and organizational skills
