Position: Auxiliary Events Coordinator
About: The University of Baltimore, also known as UBalt, is looking to hire an Auxiliary Events Coordinator to serve the Auxiliary Enterprises department within the Administration and Finance division. This position involves managing event services, coordinating event setups, billing for events, and providing customer support. The coordinator will collaborate with stakeholders across campus to understand event needs and assist in event preparation. Additionally, there may be responsibilities in other Auxiliary areas as needed, such as mail and package distribution.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field; one year of event management experience with demonstrated high-touch customer service skills
