Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience; pleasant and engaging with the ability to project a smile in person and over the phone; proven outstanding customer service skills, preferably with a premium brand; ability to listen and retain information accurately; excellent interpersonal skills in person and over the phone; team-oriented and flexible with multitasking abilities
