Position: Automotive General Manager
About: The General Manager will lead a dealership, overseeing New and Used Sales, Financial Services, and After-Sales including Service, Parts, and Collision. This role is focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to create an exceptional buying and ownership experience for customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a General Manager in automotive retail; ability to set and achieve targeted goals; proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent; strong financial and business acumen with a focus on revenue and profitability; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and follow-up skills; experience and willingness to work with technology; valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
