Position: Automotive Dealership Porter/Valet Supervisor – Land Rover Naperville
About: Alliance Service Group is seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual to serve as a Porter/Valet Supervisor for their Luxury Auto Dealership in Naperville. This position provides leadership for operational activities at Alliance Service Group location(s), overseeing all personnel matters, training team members, client meetings, obtaining supplies, and working on special parking projects for the location. Supervisors are given the entrepreneurial latitude to develop and lead new business opportunities in the Naperville area.
Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time; must be able to run or briskly walk long distances; must be able to lift 30 pounds; should have a minimum of 2 years valet/porter experience with management experience preferred; must have reliable transportation, a reliable method of communication, and be willing to work a floating schedule as needed; preferences: 1-2 years experience managing a staff with scheduling responsibility, experience in hospitality, retail, or automotive considered a plus
